Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The luxury of apartment went far beyond my expectations. Situated in Zemun, it was perfectly suited to our goal to continue to Budapest, without having to experience the traffic jam in central part. A nice shopping district with good restaurants was just a several minutes walk from building. Perfect value for the price.

The only problem was to find the residence, as the pictures showed the internal courtyard, that is not visible from the street.

Very comfortable apartment, with separate room for children. Large plasma tv, clean and cosy. Own secured parking, close to shopping areas (by car). Best offer in Belgrade.

Garage was a little dark, however there is direct elevator access, so overall it is ok.

i like how clear it is, securite doors, service of the resception kitchens, is very comfortable; though is out of the belgrade city but is ok.

It was my second time in this apartments. Even if its not in the city center great locations if you like night life, Zemun is ideal for that. Apartment was great, more that I expected again. Very very profesional staff, clean, modern, free parking, Definetly I come back as soon.

Everything is perfect. Belgrade downtown is a little bit far, but you need 10 minutes by car to reach one of downtown public garages, which are quite cheap. Beside, Zemun is also beautiful town by itself, with great night life.

Good location in the old part of Zemun. 5 min. by car to the shopping malls and attractions. close to the river. The Belgrade old central part is 5 minutes more if there is no traffic. The apartments are new, but the maintenance is not as perfect as it should be. In few years will look bad if keeping like this.

Maintenance of the whole complex is with minor efforts and resourses that will wear and tear it very fast. For the time being it is OK for the price asked.

The price was very reasonable and and the apartment was very spacious. I t is on a major bus route and cabs are cheap. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was difficult taking a shower in the bathtub.

I like the honesty of the personnel, their effort and readiness to help in any matter. Cleanliness of the rooms and the surroundings.

Everything was excellent.

I liked most of the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, Zemun area is very nice as the Danube and a lot of nice restaurants are nearby. The room was big enough and very clean.

The entrance in the hotel area is very difficult from the main street. The garage is nice but is not proper signaled and the driver does not know there is the hotel garage. I had a three person apartment but the table was very small, even smaller than the one from a two person apartment.

The apartment in the attic is very big and very nice.

There is nothing to complain about it.
